Section 22
Limitation of liability
: (1) The liability of a member in relation to the business of a cooperative organization shall be limited to the maximum amount of shares he has purchased or agreed to purchase.
(2) In the name of the cooperative organization, the words "Cooperative" and "Limited" shall be added at the end of the name.
